Vice President of Business Development 
 A newly-created position that will report to the President and 
Founder .  The incumbent will be charged with client development and 
revenue generation oversight for all business segments, (Ag, 
Services and LOIS).  Selling solutions at a senior level, the 
successful candidate will develop relationships with new clients in 
international and domestic markets, as well as nurture relationships 
with the existing client base.  Additional responsibilities will 
include oversight of production and delivery of products and 
services; client relationship management relating to delivery, 
organic sales and new product development research; and 
collaboration with senior management on strategic planning issues.
Full P&L plus SG&A responsibilty as this position will provide 
direction to many employees of the company, and serve as a back up 
to the Founder in his absence.
