Job Description:

integrated information and intelligence.  Our customers turn to us to solve the world’s 
most difficult problems in environmental and missile defense missions.  With recent 
program wins, we are looking for software developers to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN, 
to be part of a cross-discipline engineering team in the development of our next 
generation sensors and payloads.

Join our team and Design, develop, operate and maintain software components and computing 
systems software to be applied to and integrated with engineering, scientific and 
manufacturing requirements.  Apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures and 
tools throughout the system development life cycle to support the generation of 
engineering applications and products.  Interface with customers, suppliers, application 
users and other technical and support personnel.

Essential Functions:

Contribute to business acquisition, requirements analysis, design, code and unit test, 
integration and test, requirements sell off, and operations and maintenance of application 
or embedded software systems.
Ensure that products/projects delivered meet customer requirements and specifications.
Drive process improvements to aid in team coordination and maintain delivery schedule.
Communicate with leadership on status, issues, milestones, and successes.
C/C++ with Object Oriented Concepts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience OR, Graduate Degree and 
a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of software development experience in application or embedded 
software development using C++.
Experience with Agile/Scrum.
Eligible for a security clearance.
