JOB DESCRIPTION:


Responsibilities: 

Prospecting and winning new business deals from retailers that will help 
to further accelerate growth of Connexity
Securing meetings/calls via email, cold calling and networking
Developing creative selling strategies tailored to the audience
Understanding client objectives and effectively communicating the 
Connexity value proposition
Collaborate with internal teams, peers and managers to continuously evolve 
the pitch, sales collateral and overall strategy
Regular user of Salesforce for pipeline management and deal tracking

Requirements:

High integrity and passion for winning
Experience selling digital advertising using a “consultative” sales 
approach, a focus in Consumer Electronics and Homeware verticals is a 
bonus
Proven track record of outperforming sales targets and closing deals in 
the $500-$1M range, in a multi-regional capacity across North America
Team player with experience working collaboratively to develop customized 
collateral and solutions that meet client needs, showcase the value 
proposition, and close the deal
A strong network and experience prospecting and leveraging industry 
contacts to develop and close new business, top 500 eCommerce companies is 
a big plus
Strong analytic, quantitative and technical aptitude with great attention 
to detail
Exceptional written and oral skills are required, to pitch individuals at 
the senior level, not afraid of criticism or objections
Outgoing personality, interested in meeting new people, and connecting 
with those people on a human and business level.
