We are eagerly seeking a Business Development Manager in our 
Houston, TX location. Among the many opportunities in this role, 
our Business Development Manager is responsible for: 

· Developing new business and increasing gross margin profitability 

· Analyze competitive activity within the territory and know the 
strengths and areas of opportunity of our competition to assist in 
the sales process 

· Interact regularly with recruiting staff to ensure accurate and 
complete communications with clients 

· Regularly visit existing clients for the purpose of developing 
the account to increase business, ensure the safety of temporary 
talent, and verify that they are performing tasks within the 
appropriate job description

Managers with backgrounds and experience in: 

· Staffing/Recruitment (required) 

· B2B Sales – outside sales (with a proven track record of success) 

· Excellent oral and written communication skills 

· Willingness to travel when necessary to attend sales meetings and 
training classes
