JOB DESCRIPTION:


We are currently hiring High-Volume Recruiters to partner with hiring managers and human 
resource business partners to quickly and efficiently hire the best talent. This Recruiter 
will be responsible for hiring talent for a variety of roles including, but not limited 
to, CDL drivers, crane operators, delivery helpers, warehouse associates, inside and 
outside sales representatives, and branch leadership.

Responsibilities:

Focus:

The High-Volume Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and building 
relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities
Source candidates from multiple job boards, resume databases, social media and other niche 
sites, conduct screening interviews and document the process and feedback in the ATS and 
CRM tools.
Proactively develop pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Manage multiple searches within assigned division while effectively remaining organized 
and following up with potential candidates regularly
Work directly with hiring managers, human resource business partners, other recruiters; 
creating strong relationships and becoming a trusted advisor in sourcing talent
Recommend hiring solutions to improve the quality and speed of talent delivery
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
Candidates need to be located within the West Division and reside within states of : TX, 
AZ, CO, UT, ID, MT, OR, WA, CA, NV, WY
Requirements

3+ years experience creatively recruiting for candidates in a high-volume, metric-driven 
environment.
Experience sourcing and recruiting for a wide variety of both professional and entry-level 
roles is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success applying creative approaches to finding talent
The ability to effectively build and sustain working relationship
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
Success Factors experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PP, Word, Excel)
Experience in sourcing candidates from various platforms
