We are looking for an Information Security Team Leader to join our quickly growing product 
and technology teams in Austin, TX. As an Information Security Team Leader, you will take 
the responsibility of Security Architecture and Security Operations. What this means in 
detail is:



Security Architecture:

Responsible for security and technology architecture
Guides projects and programs to align with security architecture
Advise on industry direction and the future state of the roadmap
Ensures alignment between InfoSec and other IT architecture functions
Provides security architecture and engineering support to software development teams
Security Operations:

Incident Detection and Response & Forensics
Monitoring Network Security data and feeds
Operational Security Policy Monitoring and Enforcement (configuration management)
Endpoint Security Monitoring and Device Control
Identity & Access Management, emphasize on privileged users
Provides operational monitoring and event management to development and live production 
teams
Manage and participate in audit and compliance related activities

The ideal candidate will have:

Degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent work experience (5+ years).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Security related roles
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, access management and risk related to third 
parties
Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, 
PCI, SOC2
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to establish a vision and execute it
Ability to identify gaps and debate solutions taking in many points of view
Experience with Agile or other best practice development technologies.
Innovative experience with security solutions that meet technical and business 
requirements
