We’re looking for an innovative leader as an ERP Analyst who will help grow our Business Intelligence landscape within the company. We’ll be looking for you to create an environment of best practices and data integrity through effective policies & procedures, education, leadership and multi-level communication. You’ll be working closely with the business to transfer knowledge, develop processes, and build internal capabilities around BI. You will also translate business needs into actionable data, working iteratively with the users to create the end-to-end development cycle of PowerBI reports from concept to deployment. Effective communication skills will be a must, including the ability to convey complex information at a high level to non-technical users as well convey detailed requirements and troubleshooting with technical users. You will work closely with the business community as a subject matter expert to train them on how to build models and dashboards as well as stepping in and taking ownership when the level of complexity is higher than they can handle. As the successful candidate you should have excellent presentation, analytical, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work in collaborative team-oriented environment and have a thorough understanding of manufacturing business processes. Occasional travel is to be expected with this position. You’ll Need: A Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related business degree with three years of practical experience in relational database management system. Proficiency in SQL scripting is a must. An understanding of Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, SQL Reporting Services. Manage and perform the end-to-end development cycle of PowerBI reports from concept to deployment. Partner with business teams to gather, document and maintain business requirements informing our business intelligence reports. Strong adaptability and recruiter for change in the workplace.
