This position will work to analyze failures and direct repairs of customer returned 
products.   You will you your analytic skills to trouble shoot and get to the root cause 
of issues.   You will use your knowledge of the manufacturing processes to create a root 
cause analysis.   Your findings will help the team improve the manufacturing processes and 
lead to higher quality products.  You will lead teams of engineers and other manufacturing 
team members to improve the service process for customer products.    You will compile 
reports of your findings and present to management and customers showing the trends and 
improvements being made.   Your efforts will directly impact the customer and improve 
Keysight service and product quality.

 
 

Job Qualifications
Required:

Bachelors Degree In Mechanical, Optical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.  
Bachelors Degree  in Material Science or Physics.
2-5 year experience in manufacturing, optics manufacturing, process development or quality 
engineering.
Ability to analyze data and make presentations
Ability to troubleshoot hardware products and implement corrective actions
Ability to lead teams and get results
Clean room Experience
 

Desired:

Experienced with optical products
Experience in process improvement
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other quality tools
