Responsibilities include providing technical expertise, oversight, and leadership to the 
mechanical project team; attending client meetings; performing construction phase 
services; mentoring less experienced staff; and assisting with business development. 
Travel and entrance onto military bases and airports will be required for this position.

Qualifications
The successful candidate must have all of the following: 

a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in mechanical or architectural engineering
at least eight years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
a PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in other states
The ideal candidate will have experience in any/all of the following:

designing hot water, chilled water and condenser water systems
designing VAV, Geothermal and/or VRF systems
designing and specifying of DDC control systems
designing mechanical systems for Department of Defense facilities
sustainable design
designing steam systems
providing commissioning services
designing plumbing systems
