Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee company 
projects and provide executive-level support to senior leadership. This position is ideal 
for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys managing 
multiple priorities while working with cross-functional engineering and business teams.

The Project Manager will coordinate project planning and execution, monitor schedules and 
deliverables, facilitate communication among departments, and assist company executives 
with strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent 
organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects 
simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple company projects from planning through execution and successful 
completion.
* Develop project schedules, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
* Coordinate activities among engineering, software development, operations, 
manufacturing, and business teams.
* Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
* Identify project risks, recommend solutions, and proactively resolve issues.
* Prepare project status reports, presentations, and executive summaries for management.
* Organize meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
* Provide administrative and operational support to company executives.
* Assist executive management with strategic planning, business operations, and special 
projects.
* Coordinate communications with customers, vendors, partners, and subcontractors as 
required.
* Maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and technical records.
* Support proposal preparation, product demonstrations, and business development 
activities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project management best 
practices.
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by executive management.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical 
Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another related technical field.
* 1–5 years of project management, engineering, or related professional experience.
* Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project 
management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools.
* Experience working with engineering or technology development teams is preferred.
* PMP certification is a plus but not required.
