Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and technically minded General Manager to 
oversee the company's daily operations and help drive the development and 
commercialization of next-generation AI robotic systems and advanced technologies. This 
individual will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, business development, 
manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule, budgets 
are maintained, and company objectives are achieved.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a solid engineering background, exceptional 
organizational skills, and a passion for emerging technologies. This position requires 
someone who is willing to work hard, learn continuously, solve complex problems, and 
thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
•	Manage the company's day-to-day business and operational activities.
•	Coordinate engineering, software development, manufacturing, testing, and product 
deployment teams.
•	Work closely with executive management to develop and execute strategic business 
plans.
•	Ensure product development milestones are achieved on schedule.
•	Improve operational efficiency, quality control, and overall company productivity.
•	Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
•	Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
•	Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical and operational 
challenges.
•	Support business development efforts, customer demonstrations, and contract 
execution.
•	Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and government 
agencies when required.
•	Assist with hiring, mentoring, training, and evaluating employees.
•	Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, accountability, and continuous 
improvement.
•	Ensure compliance with applicable company, industry, and government regulations.
Required Qualifications
•	Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Robotics, 
Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline) is required.
•	Minimum of five (5) years of management or leadership experience in engineering, 
manufacturing, robotics, technology, aerospace, defense, or related industries.
•	Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering concepts and 
communicate effectively with technical teams.
•	Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
•	Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
•	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•	Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
•	Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern project management software.
Preferred Qualifications
•	Experience working with robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), autonomous 
systems, drones, or defense technologies.
•	Knowledge of product development, manufacturing, supply chain management, and 
quality assurance.
•	Experience working with government agencies, defense contractors, law enforcement 
organizations, or public safety sectors is highly desirable.
•	MBA or Master's degree is preferred but not required.
