Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and dependable Project Coordinator to support company projects and provide executive-level support to senior leadership. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys coordinating multiple priorities while working with cross-functional engineering and business teams. The Project Coordinator will support project planning and execution, monitor schedules and deliverables, facilitate communication among departments, and assist company executives with strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Coordinate multiple company projects from planning through execution and successful completion. Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, milestones, and resource plans. Coordinate activities among engineering, software development, operations, manufacturing, and business teams. Track project progress and follow up to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Identify potential project risks or issues and communicate them to project managers and executive management. Prepare project status reports, presentations, meeting materials, and executive summaries. Organize project meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion. Provide administrative and operational support to company executives. Assist executive management with strategic planning, business operations, and special projects. Coordinate communications with customers, vendors, partners, and subcontractors as required. Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, budgets, and technical records. Support proposal preparation, product demonstrations, and business development activities. Help ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project management best practices. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by executive management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or another related field. 1–10 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, engineering, technology, business operations, or a related field. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, assignments, and priorities simultaneously. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools. Experience working with engineering, technology, robotics, manufacturing, or product- development teams is preferred.
