JOB DESCRIPTION:


As a Systems Engineering Section Head, you will:

·       Manage a team of 3-5 Test Equipment (TE) engineers

·       Work individually with each employee to develop their skills and efficiency

·       Develop your team’s skill and efficiency to meet TE global standards

·       Determine personnel assignments in collaboration with the site’s Fulfillment 
Manager

·       Work as direct charging individual contributor

·       Be accountable for your team’s work products’ quality and process adherence

 

To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

·       BS Degree in Engineering

·       10+ years of experience in a broad application of Systems Engineering skills such 
as requirements development and allocation; system architecture development; system 
performance modeling based on characteristic equations; control system design and tuning 
for closed loop control systems; system integration, verification and validation.

·       Experience with the development of a variety of engineering drawings, schematics, 
and technical reports. 



This job requires access to United States export-controlled information.



It’d be great if you also had:

·       Experience developing Test Systems

·       Team leadership experience

·       Experience in the aerospace industry

·       Working familiarity with the following tools: 

             o   DOORS requirements management system

             o   Matlab and Simulink

             o   AMESIM modeling tool

             o   Teamcenter PLM
