Structural Project Engineer (5+yrs exp REQ)

We have an opening for a Structural Project Engineer in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The 
individual will be joining a progressive structural engineering company. This is a 
full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. (EOE).

Required Skills and Experience:

M.S. in Engineering; Master’s Degree focused on structural design preferred.
5-10 years of experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, Autodesk Revit, EnerCalc, RISA Floor and RISA 
3D, Adapt Builder and ETABs.
Highly Desired Skills:

Independently capable of designing all types and sizes of structures.
Coordinate drawings with other disciplines.
Perform typical construction administration tasks like coordination meetings with 
contractors/clients and respond to RFIs.
Review shop drawings to be in conformance with the structural drawings and 
specifications.
Perform field observations and complete written reports of site observations.
Perform quality control checks of structural calculations, drawings and specifications 
of other Engineers/Revit Technicians’ work.
Perform other duties as the supervisor may deem necessary.
