As a Product Engineer located in Springfield, MO, you will,


Analyze project requirements and determines engineering specifications which must be 
fulfilled. 
Improve cost, quality and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering 
tools and product knowledge. 
Compile and furnishes necessary information (engineering decisions and reports of 
pertinent design analyses data)
Provide engineering support throughout the Reman business, including customer and 
dealer technical support.
Create electronic test requirements, schematics, software (LabView)
Design testers and fixtures
Perform analysis and provide root cause failure analysis for electronic products
Create electronic product specifications
Mentor to electronics technicians in design and troubleshooting


3+ years’ experience with engineering design and analysis of advanced electronic 
circuits.
3+ years’ experience with test software design.
3+ years’ experience utilizing spectrum analyzers and digital measurement equipment
1+ years using engineer specification and decision release systems
2+ years of product development and launch programs or product continuous improvement 
projects
1+ years’ experience in computer aided design, analysis and/or engineering tools
1+ years of product validation testing
2+ years of team assignments with individual contribution to meet a goal 
Ability and desire to learn any of the above
What Makes You Stand Out – nice to have
 

Fluent in LabView or C++
Power BI Data visualization and data analytics experience
Bench experience repairing printed circuit board assemblies at the component level
Education
 

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
