JOB DESCRIPTION:


JOB DUTIES:

Follow NCI (New Capital Introduction) Process Flow / Gate Reviews.
Collaborate with customer groups, Facilities / Maintenance, Manufacturing Operations, 
Engineering, EHS, accounting and purchasing are involved in the approval process.
Be responsible to achieve desired outputs on multiple concurrent individual and team projects.  
Develop plans for facilities projects, prepare and establish priorities for cost effectiveness, 
manage budgeting and purchasing matters pertaining to these projects.
Work with Internal / External Suppliers to plan & implement facility wide projects to assure 
efficient and cost-effective systems and processes to produce quality products.
Coordinate compatibility of existing and new assets and/or systems.
Provide direction and guidance to other project owners to assure the most efficient and 
sustainable effect on the facility.
Ensure implementation of modern technology and verify the effectiveness related to facility 
processes modifications.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience 
OR 2-year Engineering / Manufacturing Technology degree with 6+ years of experience OR 8+ years 
of relevant experience in technical discipline
2+ years’ experience in managing capital projects.
Demonstrated direct/indirect leadership abilities.
Foundry process experience related to molding, core make, melting/holding furnaces, iron 
pouring or casting cleaning.
Top Candidates May Have:

Manufacturing experience related to manufacturing of cast materials, induction hardening 
processes and process control documentation.
Strong knowledge of engineering and / or manufacturing standards and practices.
