Salary Range: DOE

Job Location:

City: Remote State: USA

Job Description:

Work Environment: 100% Remote
Position Type: Outside Sales / Business Development
Industry: Humanoid Robotics, AI, Industrial Automation, and Manufacturing Technology

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven Outside Sales
Representative / Business Development Manager to expand our business in the rapidly
growing market for AI-powered humanoid robots in manufacturing plants and industrial
operations.

The successful candidate will identify and develop business opportunities with
manufacturers across a wide range of industries that are interested in adopting humanoid
robots to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, address labor shortages,
enhance workplace safety, and increase operational efficiency.

This is a consultative, new-business-development position. Rather than simply selling
robotic products, the representative will act as a robotics and automation solutions
consultant, helping manufacturers identify suitable applications for humanoid robots
within their existing production environments.

Potential applications may include material handling, machine tending, assembly
assistance, parts sorting, packaging, inspection, warehouse operations, repetitive manual
tasks, and other manufacturing activities where humanoid robots may offer practical
benefits.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with plant managers, manufacturing
executives, operations directors, automation engineers, production managers, engineering
leaders, and other decision-makers responsible for manufacturing productivity and
automation investments.

development, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities in the
company's CRM system.

2. Manufacturing Automation Consulting

Act as a robotics and automation solutions consultant rather than simply a product
salesperson.

Understand customers' manufacturing processes, production bottlenecks, labor challenges,
and automation objectives.

Proactively identify manufacturers that are exploring humanoid robotics or preparing to
introduce robotic workers into their facilities.

Research public announcements, press releases, industry news, corporate websites, job
postings, technology partnerships, and manufacturing automation initiatives.

Identify companies conducting humanoid robot trials, proof-of-concept projects, pilot
deployments, or factory automation evaluations.

Monitor developments involving humanoid robot manufacturers, robotics integrators,
industrial automation providers, and AI robotics companies.

Develop targeted prospect lists of manufacturing executives, plant managers, automation
directors, and engineering decision-makers.

Use LinkedIn, industry databases, trade associations, manufacturing events, and other
prospecting resources to identify potential customers.

Contact qualified prospects to determine their automation plans, purchasing timelines,
technical requirements, and decision-making processes.

Develop early relationships with manufacturers before they finalize their robotics
purchasing decisions.

Assist in preparing customized proposals, presentations, and preliminary solution
concepts.

Coordinate with management and engineering teams to develop appropriate solutions and
estimated project costs.

Help customers evaluate project feasibility, implementation requirements, and potential
return on investment.

Support pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and purchasing decisions.

Maintain consistent communication with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.

Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional
deployments across multiple production lines or facilities.
