JOB DESCRIPTION:


The Product Marketing Manager, Compliance Services is a key member 
of the Marketing Organization, the strategic leader of the 
qualification portfolio. You will set the direction for both the 
enterprise level and transactional aspects of the business. You 
will be responsible for the future vision of the qualification 
portfolio, leading the team on a multi-year journey. You will use 
customer research and market studies to help uncover new product 
needs, develop the business cases for new products, and work with 
management and outbound team on strategy for new product launches 
(NPIs).

 

Working with the compliance thought leaders, instrument product 
lines, software teams, field sales, and service delivery teams; you 
will be responsible to help qualification products achieve their 
ramp-to-volume (RTV) targets. The ideal candidate will require 
excellent leadership and communication skills. You must demonstrate 
the ability to influence all levels of an organization, across 
regional/cultural boundaries and across multiple disciplines.

 

You should have a strong background in services product marketing, 
experience in the life science and analytical industry, and good 
knowledge of the Pharma regulatory compliance market. You will be 
dealing with a global organization requiring flexibility in work 
hours and the ability to travel.

 

Major Responsibilities:

Achieve deep insights of customers and the competitors in pharma 
regulated industries.
Manages the customer and market research in support of the program
Sets the vision and 3-year strategy for the Agilent qualification 
program
Collaborates with Agilent product line managers to develop a 
roadmap of qualification services
Develops the business case and drives the development of new 
qualification services
Works with Global Marketing and Worldwide Field Sales to introduce 
new qualification services
Collaborates with R&D to set requirements for Agilent's Automated 
Compliance Engine (ACE)
Coordinates the development of new processes for the sales and 
delivery of qualification services
Provide qualification services to our customers in the FDA 
regulated markets (i.e. Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Nutraceuticals, 
etc.)
Leads the design/delivery of new product marketing 
programs/projects; is the key technical contributor
Solves complex, high impact program/process design/development 
problems
Remote work allowed.
SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS [note: bold skills and certification are 
required]
8+ Product Management/Marketing Experience
Experience in the life science, diagnostics, and/or analytical 
chemistry markets
Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering
Experience and applied skills in FDA cGMP/GLP, 21 CFR Part 11, 
Annex 11 Electronic Records/Signature
8+ years of relevant professional experience in Compliance Services 
Product Marketing
Knowledge of the Pharma regulatory compliance market
